From military service to donor strategy, he’s seen the hustle and the dysfunction of philanthropy up close.

By day, Marcel works in executive philanthropy leadership. A Master’s graduate in Nonprofit Administration, his real education came from decades inside campaigns, crises, donor meetings, and nonprofit chaos.
